This comprehensive program is designed for individuals who aspire to become Aerial Yoga Teachers or those who want to deepen their Aerial Yoga Practice. Whether you're a seasoned yoga practitioner or new to yoga, our training welcomes all levels of experience.
Due to the intensity of this training and quality standards, we do NOT accept applicants without Aerial Yoga experience. You need to have a minimum of 3 aerial yoga classes and strong physical endurance before applying to the training.
NO prior teaching experience or yoga teacher certification is required. We provide a solid foundation and guide you every step of the way, empowering you to become a skilled and self-assured Aerial Yoga teacher.
Note: While a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training is not mandatory, having one can greatly benefit your teaching practice.

Aerial Yoga Therapy for Healthy Back:
Aerial Yoga Therapy is designed for students and working professionals who have a tight back and shoulders, or are losing flexibility/mobility in the natural processes of aging. This will be a special half-day workshop covering Yoga Therapy foundations, anatomy of the spine, how to keep a healthy back & spine, and how to structure an Aerial Yoga Therapy for a Healthy Back class.

Aerial Yin & Restorative yoga is designed for students who may be nervous about trying Aerial Yoga for the first time. It’s also beneficial for helping students to go inwards in the busy city environment. This will be a special one-day workshop covering the basics of Yin Yoga & fascia, benefits of Aerial Yin, Aerial Asana Clinic with a detailed breakdown of 25+ Aerial Yin Yoga Poses, and how to structure and teach an Aerial Yin class vs an active Aerial class.

This teacher training is hosted at Wonderland Healing Center in the beautiful, lush Aerial Yoga shala. There is an on-site swimming pool, sauna, and cold plunge to support your muscle recovery. Our course is conducted on Aerial Silk Hammocks, the most comfortable and versatile equipment used in professional aerial yoga studios. By training on Aerial Silk Hammocks you'll learn over 80+ Aerial yoga asanas, including some that cannot be performed on aerial swings. You'll be prepared to cater to the needs of your future students and find an Aerial Yoga teaching job easier.
- 4Question #4 - Minimum Application Criteria
What is the minimum application criteria for prospective teacher trainees ?NEVER go for a training without a minimum application criteria.
Allowing students with zero aerial yoga background to join is unrealistic. New students need time to familiarize themselves with the aerial yoga hammock and regulate their nervous system. In contrast, our training requires students to have at least 5 aerial yoga class experiences and strong physical endurance to join. Some programs have very large class sizes, making it impossible to receive personalized support, but we have a maximum student quote of 9pax. This ensures a focused and tailored learning experience.
